Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not

completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or store

credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must

be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item, please email customer service at returns@mydigimall.co.za to obtain an RMA

(Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. After receiving an RMA number, your claim will be

processed and details for the return will be provided.

 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

– Fresh produce

– Cold storage products

– Products that, due to its nature, should not be returned for hygiene or public health reasons (for

example breast pumps, personal grooming products or accessories used in body piercing)

– Consumables

– Perishables

– Batteries that are no longer in their original packaging

– Baby food and formula

– Products that due to its nature cannot be assessed by us for damage or use

– Vouchers and gift cards
